Your Virtual Appointment

A few days before:

• Ensure Google Chrome is installed as a browser on your device. Our secure telehealth platform will work best on smartphones, iPads, laptops, and desktop computers with a Google Chrome browser.

• Consider writing down your concerns and questions ahead of your appointment

• If you have documents to share with us, contact our office for directions on how to get them to us in a confidential way.

• Measure and record your child's height and weight (how to measure at home).

 

The day of:

• Using a Google Chrome Browser, log in five to 10 minutes before your appointment where you will be shown our virtual waiting room.

• If you are experiencing technical difficulties and are not in our waiting room at the time of your appointment, do not worry! We will call you.

• Please try to be in a quiet space with minimal distractions. 

• Encourage your child to participate in the appointment.

• If the doctor feels a physical exam is necessary, we will make arrangements to see your child in person.

• Have any current medications on hand for review.
